Very little. This site has no user accounts, sets no tracking cookies of its own, and asks for no personal information. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and secure the service, as all web hosts do.
When you register an athlete, you leave this site and enter PlayMetrics, our club management platform. The information you provide there — athlete and family details, documents, and payment information — is collected and processed by PlayMetrics under its own privacy policy. Card details are handled by the payment processors; we never see or store card numbers.
Volunteer sign-ups are handled by email, and sponsorship payments may run through a hosted payment page — governed by that provider’s own privacy policy.
Photos on this site come from club games, camps, and events, used under the media consent collected during registration. We publish them without athletes’ names. If you would like a photo of your child removed from this website or our social media, email npjrbobcats@gmail.com and we will take it down promptly — no questions asked.
This website is written for parents and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Athlete information collected during registration is provided by a parent or guardian through PlayMetrics.
If you email us, we use your address to reply and to communicate about the program. We do not sell or rent contact information to anyone, ever.
This site links to Facebook, Instagram, PlayMetrics, the Apple App Store, Google Play, and American Youth Football. Once you leave our site, those services’ own terms and privacy policies apply.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Meaningful changes will be announced through our normal club communications.
